Episode Description

Mindfulness and meditation can be used as tools in both our personal and professional lives helping us show up in the world as our best selves, remain present and focused in the moment, and most importantly, find some peace of mind in a chaotic world.

Guest series host Amy Woodall is the Executive Vice President of Sandler Training, Trustpointe, a performance improvement company.

We kick off this seven part series talking about the ways mindfulness and meditation empower us to show up in the world as our best selves, and bust some myths and misconceptions around the practices.

Mindfulness Minders

* Meditation and mindfulness help us become better communicators * The power to run your day is in your hands * Don’t put yourself in the position to have to defend your intentions * When you “don’t have time” is when you need the practice most

Recommended Practice

Get started Sit quietly for 5 minutes or find a guided meditation Notice your judgements, thoughts, and fears

We're living through a revolution in how content is created. AI tools can now help with every aspect of content creation - from ideation to research, copywriting, editing, creating graphics, and beyond. These tools can save you hours of work and help you produce more polished content than ever before, but there's a darkside to these magic tools.

The more we use them, the higher the risk we run of losing the very thing that makes our content ours - our unique perspective, our authentic voice, our human experience, and our heartbreak. AI can suck the heart and soul right out of our work.

I’m on a mission to find that sweet spot where technology enhances rather than replaces our humanity, where we can save time on the mechanical aspects of content creation so we can invest more energy in the parts that truly require our creativity, experience, expertise, and perspective.

We are navigating this new world together, along with our guests.

I’ll be interviewing business owners and content creators to learn how they are getting the most out of AI without sucking the soul out of their work. We'll learn about the pitfalls and perks of AI use in our business and creative endeavors.
